Ingredients

    • Big brinjal 🍆 1
    • Onion 🧅 1
    • Tomato 🍅 1
    • Curry leaves 🍃
    • Gingergarlic paste 1 tsp
    • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    • Chilli powder 🌶️ 2 tsp
    • Garam masala 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste

Instructions
    1. Heat pan add oil fry onion & curry leaves
    2. onion becomes transparent add tomato ,turmeric powder ,salt & chilli powder saute for 2 mins Keep aside
    3. Take a plate add chilli powder,coriander powder,gingergarlic paste ,turmeric powder,salt and curd .MIx it
    4. Slice the brinjal into thin & apply the curd mix on both sides ,tawa fry for 2mins
    5. Take a banana leaf spread the onion toato paste first and brinjal . Again onion tomato paste 
    6. Add coconut milk
    7. garnish with coriander leaves
    8. Fold the leaf and tie it
    9. Place the leaf  in pan Close
