Bread pakora is famous streetfood in punjab Green chutney stuffed in bread and coated with spicy flavoured besan flour snd fried in oil
Fry in low medium heat gives crispy to the dish
Ingredients

- Breads 4 slices
- Green chutney :
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves 1:/4 cup
- Green chillies 2
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Batter: Besan flour 1/4 cup Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Chilli po

Instructions

- Grind coriander leaves ,mint leaves,green chilli,black salt and curd Keep aside
- Mix basen flour,coriander leaves , chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste ,cumin seeds and fruit salt
- cut edges of the bread and then cut desire shape
- Stuff the mint chutney inside the bread like sandwich
- Dip it in besan batter coated all sides
- Heat oil in pan and fry the pakora
